LOT 323 is a vibrant urban pop-up park in Woodbury, NJ, supported and executed by The FAF Coalition. It offers a funky industrial space for concerts, community gatherings, relaxing, playing and entertainment of all kinds; featuring a stage, food trucks, live art, creative activities and music.

Come meet your neighbors, make new friends and have some fun while making this pop-up outstanding!
We need volunteers to help us prep in the weeks leading up to the events, assist with event setup and tear down, selling tickets, greeting and pouring beverages!
Our Mission
The FAF Coalition champions initiatives rich in arts, culture and sustainable design as a catalyst for community development and economic revitalization. We execute those initiatives by creating engaging places and innovative experiences that transform the lives of our community.
